GUIDELINES (truncated)

• Quilts entered must be made within the last 2 years and being exhibited for the FIRST TIME at QwM.
• Do NOT enter more than one quilt per category.
• Do NOT send your quilt with the registration form.
• Entry fee for 2012 is $15 per judged quilt.
• QwM’s Quilt Theme - Earth, Wind and Fire is open to all formats of machine quilting—Domestic Stationary or Carriage machine with any combination of Edge-to-Edge, Pantograph, Computerized and/or Custom quilting.
• Ribbons and/or awards will be for First, Second, and possibly, Third places in each category and Best of Show, Rookie of the Year, Best Machine Quilting by domestic Stationary Machine (DSM), Best Machine Quilting by Carriage Machine and Viewers Choice.
• Each quilt must be constructed of at least three layers: top and back fabric with a center layer of batting stitched together by machine. Quilts with a false back will be disqualified.

CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS (truncated) Each category listed is to be machine quilted in some form with either a Domestic or Carriage Machine. All categories, except for Computer Guided and Edge to Edge, allow for partial computer driven machine patterns along with any other form of machine quilting.
