A Time of Change

This blog was started (nearly 4 years ago) with the intent of providing easy access to Fiber/Textile focused opportunities for artists. There have been a few "fits and starts” along the way but we achieved our goal and even continued to evolve. The next stage of our development brings the following changes:

1. The Keeper is bowing out. It's been a good run but it's time to move on to other projects. The reins have been handed over to a very good friend — Elise N. — who shall guide FACFE from this point forward.
2. Fiber Art Calls for Entry shall no longer be sponsored by Art Craft Design Culture. Our friends (who are also in transition) have been very good to us. Their support has been invaluable. We thank them and wish them well.
3. The focus of the blog shall remain the same but expect additions and enhancements to the overall experience.

Elise will include a note of introduction prior to the next postings. We are extremely pleased and confident Fiber Art Calls for Entry shall thrive during her stewardship.
