Artists living in Europe may apply for participation. Place of residence on 31 March 2014 will determine the country with which the artist will be associated. Each artist may submit a maximum of two works. The work must have been completed after 2012, and may not have been exhibited, or published about, before.
Measurements: The total of all sides must measure minimum 3,60 m. and maximum 7,20 m.
The width can not be wider than 1,80 m. and be provided, on the back, with a sleeve for hanging the work, and we advise also a sleeve at the bottom. There are no restrictions regarding the use of materials. It is, however, important that it is a construction of layers. The quilt must have a personal identity and may not be
a translation or a copy of another work of art.
Fee: 30 Euros entry fee, non-refundable, for up to two works.
