The Textile Center Shop provides an opportunity for artists to sell their work in a diverse collection promoting the best of traditional and contemporary textile arts.
Submissions of new work will be juried by a committee of textile art professionals and will be judged on originality, technical excellence, marketability and relation to fiber arts and textile traditions.
NO JURY FEE. However, applicants must be currently paid Textile Center members over the age of 18.
SCHEDULE
Submissions will be accepted at the Textile Center:
• Friday, January 5, noon–4 pm
• Saturday, January 6, 10 am–4 pm
• Monday, January 8, noon–7 pm
Please note: these are delivery times, NOT postmark deadlines.
SUBMISSIONS
Artists may submit for jury consideration, a maximum of five items representative of the artwork which will be offered for sale. Items must be of original concept and executed by the artist.
