Open to all artists 18 years and older, worldwide, both amateur and professional, working in all styles and schools of thought. This includes alternative, traditional, and digital work.
Books in all media forms will be considered. A maximum of 3 entries per artist may be submitted for consideration.
ENTRY FEE
Artists may submit up to three works for a non-refundable processing fee of $35.
Foundry Art Centre members may submit up to three works for a non-refundable fee of $24.
JUROR
M.J. GOERKE considers a book construction as something designed and made by hand; self-contained as a traditional paged book or as a sculptural piece to house the book. Likewise, book deconstruction is just as important, as the entire contents of a book can be emptied to transform the piece. M.J.'s work is in many corporate and private collections, including the ArtColle Museum in Sergines, France and the Internal Museum of Collage, Assemblage and Construction in Mexico.
AWARDS
Going Solo Award in Gallery III OR $750
Group Award - Juror will select a number of artists for a group exhibition in Gallery III
