Gadgets and More

Hello Readers:


Here we are just 24 days away from a brand new year.  I can barely believe it!! We've had so much going on behind the scenes that it feels as if this year has just flown by.  Yet, there's plenty of stuff we still need to share in these waning days of 2012.

First, we have a new addition to our sidebar, Google Translate.  This charming little gadget will help readers of other languages have a better experience on our site. Second, the FOLLOW gadget, powered by Google Friend Connect, has been restored to the site but this time it appears as the footer.  We currently have 247 FACFE FABULOUS Friends--feel free to join at anytime.  Just use Google, Twitter, Yahoo, AIM, Netlog, OpenID to sign in OR create a Google Account to join.

As of this writing, several new nuggets are being polished up and prepped for Fiber Art Calls for Entry.  These precious gems will be posted within the next few days.  We have also begun work on the re-vamp of Mixed Remnants.  The goal is to have the modifications and new content ready prior to the start of the new year.
