Contest Rules (truncated)
- Quilt Expo competition open to ALL quilt makers, amateur and professional.
- All quilts will be juried; then judged by NQA Certified Judges.
- Quilts must have been made in the last five years and must not have been exhibited previous years at Quilt Expo.
- Each person/group may enter one quilt per category; maximum of four quilts/entries.
- All quilts must be quilted through 3 layers by hand or machine or both. Quilts in hardwood frames are not accepted.
- Each entry requires a separate entry form and $5 entry fee.

- Hand Quilted Bed Sized - Pieced
- Hand Quilted Bed Sized - Appliqued or Other
- Machine Quilted Bed Sized - Pieced
- Machine Quilted Bed Sized - Appliqued
- Machine Quilted Bed Sized - Mixed or Other Type
- Wall Quilts, Hand Quilted - Any Type
- Wall Quilts, Machine Quilted - Pieced
- Wall Quilts, Machine Quilted - Appliqued
- Wall Quilts, Machine Quilted - Pictorial
- Wall Quilts, Machine Quilted - Mixed or Other Type
Contest Prizes
Best of Show $1,500
These prizes will be awarded in each category:
1st Place $500
2nd Place $300
3rd Place $200
