Faces and Places is sponsored by the Fiber Artists Network.


Eligibility
• Faces and Places is a juried exhibit of contemporary fiber art open to artists over 18 years old living in the US.
• Works must be original. Work derivative of other textile artists or work created in an undergraduate program or workshop, with the aid of an instructor, is not acceptable.
• Maximum size is 240 inches, total of all four sides. For example, a 24” X 60” work would be 168” (24+24+60+60=168).
• There are no restrictions on the completion date of the work.
• All works must be ready to hang on a wall, and include all applicable hanging apparatus (e.g., hanging wires, hanging rods, etc.) Works cannot be suspended from the ceiling. Three-dimensional works are eligible but must be ready to exhibit on the floor, pedestal, shelf, or must include mounting hardware for wall display.
• All works must be offered for sale. A 30% commission will be charged by the Fiber Artists Network and the Butterfield Too Gallery on any item sold during the exhibit.


Entry fee: $30.00 for three works. $10.00 for each additional work. Entry fee for FAN members is $25.00 for three works and $10.00 for each additional work.
